Summer rates (Dec - Feb)

• $270/night for 2 people

Winter rates (March - Nov)

• $250/night (Fri/Sat) for 2 people
• $230/night (Sun-Thurs) for 2 people

• extra guests $15 per person per night (sleeps 4) 
• linen and cleaning fee per stay $50
• 2-night minimum stay over weekends (Fri/Sat)
• fresh farm eggs and local Raglan milk supplied on arrival

A 10% deposit is required on booking to secure your reservation, the remainder is to be paid 10 days prior to your stay. 

Your deposit will be fully refunded if a cancellation is made at least 10 days out from your stay. If a cancellation is made within 10 days from your stay a 1-night booking fee will be charged.
